Angiogenesis Stimulation foods checked
Regeneration foods checked (stem cells)
Enable patients to see foods that help heal their body quickly.
How should this be used?
The author of Eat To Beat Disease, Dr William Li, suggests you choose five foods a day which cover all five categories of defense. Angiogenesis, Regeneration, Microbiome, DNA Protection, and Immunity. Some of these foods will cover more than one category -- even better. Still, choose five foods daily which are good for you.
Why does this work?
First, the foods should be organic and prepared in a way which helps preserve their qualities. Reading the book helps define that precisely.
Second, it gives you something positive to do. Over time gravitate towards those foods which make you feel healthy. Give them the greatest space in your life.
Third, it adds intention to the action of eating. Eating is the hardest effort our body makes in this life. It is often the source of physical problems. Make it a joyful, positive experience and know that these foods are working in your best interest.
Can I improve upon this work?
There are as many books on diet and food as their are on divorce and relationships. There is always room for improvement.
The latest research confirms what was known by the ancient Chinese. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. Put at least 10 to 12 hours between the first and last meal of the day. That gives your body the break it needs to clear the system.
In Chinese Medicine sleep is an important set of questions to ask about for health. Go to bed early and rise up early so that your mind and body will be invigorated.
After every session a Chinese Medicine practitioner almost always says to drink plenty of water and be hydrated. Drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water daily. Make sure 16 to 32 ounces are consumed before eating breakfast to rehydrate the brain. Drink 16 to 32 ounces of water 10 to 30 minutes before every meal to hydrate the gut.
Be aware of nature's gatherers which replenish the earth with all the trace elements. In today's world many elements of health are eliminated in our overly processed water, food, and air. Strive to acquire those with ancient salts and the gift of nature's gatherers. Remember the wisdom of the ages and let food, water, and movement be your medicine.
